This English text is a translation for convenience. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.

What data

• When you order: name, email address and payment status (the payment itself is handled by Revolut).
• When activating and checking: your activation code, a PC code (HWID: a hardware fingerprint that cannot be traced back), the computer name and the time.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, message and IP address (to prevent spam).

What for

To deliver your license, tie it to 1 PC, check it, and to help you with questions or a HWID reset. We do not sell or share your data, except with the service providers we need for this (Revolut for payments, Cloudflare for the server, Resend for email).

How long

As long as your license is valid and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example the 7-year tax retention period). Contact messages are deleted once they have been handled.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your data via info@pcwerkbank.nl. Deletion also means your license can no longer be checked.
